Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Philadelphia, PA. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and forecasting. They will prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with financial regulations, support decision-making, and work closely with stakeholders to strengthen the organizations overall financial health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, and Cash Flow Management
• Advanced skills in Accounting, Expense Management, and Documentation
• Experience with Financial Software and Tools
• Excellent Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Decision-Making skills
• Effective Communication and Team Leadership abilities
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
