Sales Director – Pensions, Endowments, Foundations, and Family Offices BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. We are seeking a Sales Director based in New York (preferred) or San Francisco. This role reports directly to the Head of Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales and requires an experienced sales professional with strong relationships in the PEF space and across pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices.

Responsibilities

Increase revenues across all of BitGo’s solutions: secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime through the acquisition of new client relationships.

Represent BitGo products and services externally in client meetings and at industry events in the U.S. region and occasionally globally.

Understand regional market microstructure and evolving competitor landscape.

Lead the end‑to‑end sales life cycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to onboard clients.

Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo’s custody, trading, staking, and lending.

Work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, support).

Conduct demos and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGo’s products and how they meet the needs of a specific client.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or other front‑office roles in financial services, digital assets, fintech, or an adjacent industry.

Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, concepts, and ability to translate between both languages.

Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about new concepts such as protocols, tokens, DeFi, NFTs.

Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast‑developing environment.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality.

Pay Transparency Notice : Compensation ranges between $225 k – $275 k base plus equity and an annual performance bonus.
