Job Description The Transition Partner is responsible for the direct contact and communication with high-value prospects and newly affiliated high-value advisors, transitioning their practice to Cetera Wealth Services/NFS. This person is the quarterback who oversees all aspects of the transition, delivering an unparalleled, white glove experience. This role is hybrid and based out of Cetera's office hubs.

Core Responsibilities

Establish and maintain meaningful working relationships with financial advisors and their staff.

Customize transition plans based on advisor, staff, office operations, culture.

Drive pull-through of assets to convert onto the CWS/NFS platform that align with business objectives, subject to change on a quarterly basis.

Efficiently manage multiple projects at various stages.

Develop weekly progress reporting personalized to individual advisor effectiveness.

Product mapping including quality replacements for non-transferable assets.

Resolve escalated issues and ensure operational procedures are properly maintained and followed.

Able to work independently and as part of a team on moderately complex and complex issues and projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.

Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Minimum Required Education & Experience

BA or BS in Business or related field.

FINRA securities licenses 7 & 63 preferred.

5+ years of experience in sales and operational roles with demonstrated success in achieving goals.

Project and/or relationship management experience preferred.

Ability to articulate feedback in a way that others can comprehend.

Experience partnering with leadership on various campaigns.

Exceptional presentation skills and demonstrated leadership characteristics.

Results‑oriented and proactive with the ability to balance multiple high‑priority initiatives/projects concurrently.

Travel Requirements Up to 25%

Compensation The base annual salary range for this role is $56,000 to $100,000, plus a competitive performance‑based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
