Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated Safety Superintendent with an associate degree in Construction Management or a related field and 30‑hour OSHA certification. The candidate will be responsible for on‑site coordination for all phases of construction projects, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety, and will confidently represent the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.
What You’ll Do Evaluate job hazard analysis reports and provide safety orientation for subcontractors. Ensure safety training programs follow company standards, governmental laws, and regulations; work with supervisors and managers to identify and address safety issues. Keep abreast of the latest safety practices and accident prevention methods.
What You Bring To The Table
Associate degree in Construction Management or related field
30‑hour OSHA certification required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Optimistic and positive attitude
Ability to succeed in a deadline‑driven environment
Effective prioritization, organization, and completion of assigned work
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Some travel may be required depending on business needs
What We Offer
Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 with up to 10% discretionary bonus
