Responsibilities
Join one physician and 4 APPs in an established primary care practice.
Extremely supportive community.
Retiring physician welcomes the opportunity to mentor a new graduate!
Outpatient-only, 4-day workweek.
No OB.
Reasonable volumes.
Students regularly rotate through the clinic.
Per the lead physician "When choosing a practice I found it 'perfect' here. Rural health care allows me to provide more complete care, and the wider scope of practice naturally invites building relationships with patients."
301k guaranteed base salary + tiered RVU production incentives and non-production incentives.
300,000 recruitment incentive package.
