Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals, families, and related entities.
Overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns and projections.
Developing and implementing tailored tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize outcomes.
Staying abreast of developments in tax law and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with partners and team members for coordinated client service.
Providing thought leadership and contributing to firm growth through new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s in Taxation or CPA highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a tax role focused on high net worth individuals, preferably public accounting or law firm.
In‑depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, tax planning, tax advisory, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legislation and provide practical advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and team relationships.
Proactive entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to firm growth and success.
