Surgical Technologist – Labor and Delivery

is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support our Labor and Delivery and main operating rooms. The role offers a 36‑hour week on a day shift (1900‑0730) with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible new employees.
Schedule
36 hours per week
Day Shift (1900‑0730) – rotates between Labor & Delivery and Main OR
Primary Responsibilities
Prep and maintain operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
Perform scrub role and support patient safety throughout peri‑operative care.
Collaborate with scheduling teams, surgeons, and other stakeholders to coordinate surgical schedules.
Support post‑operative tasks, including removal of contaminated instruments and turnover of the operating room.
Maintain vigilance of instruments and supplies during surgical procedures.
Qualifications
Completion of a Surgical Technologist program AND one year of experience assisting clinical staff in a variety of operative procedures OR equivalent education/experience.
Registered by the State of Washington as a Surgical Technologist, or licensed in the State of Washington as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse or Physician.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range
– $73,176.00 – $104,748.00 annually
