Requirements

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.

Board-certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Missouri and be in good standing.

Drug licensed including DEA and BNDD numbers.

Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment including Medicare UPIN number.

Work experience or strong desire to work in urban community health setting preferred.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to continuous learning and growth.

We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Family Practice Physician at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview The Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive medical services for members of families within scope of training. This includes preventative care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing and physical examinations.
