WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice at FPN Plainfield Family Medicine located in Plainfield, IN. The practice has four physicians and two advanced practice providers and offers a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community
Collaborative with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Weekday call rotated among the physicians: 1:7
Weekend Call: 1:14
Average outpatient volume: 20-25 patients per day
No inpatient work or OB
Common Diagnoses: Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Wellness Visits
On-site Equipment: Lab, Imaging
Sports Medicine located in same building
Outpatient physical therapy
