Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
Cost controls, inventory control and cash control.
Customer relations and staff supervision.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
Staffing, paperwork, food management, perfect image & adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone skills to process orders.
Mathematical skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination and navigation skills to deliver orders efficiently.
Operate computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.
Work Conditions and Exposure Varying and sometimes adverse weather when handling outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and other hazards.
Work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
