Located in Minneapolis, MN, this state-of-the-art 700‑bed hospital is renowned for its commitment to innovation & highest quality care
Numerous scheduling options offering both flexibility AND reliability: pick your preferred work pattern & know exactly when your shifts will be, even years in advance. 8s, 10s, 12s, 13/14s, & 16s available.
We even have patterns that offer up to 200-260 days off annually - still with full‑time pay & benefits!
Excellent variety of cases: Ortho, Neuro, CV, robotics, ENT, Uro, IR, Gen Surg, OB (no Peds, no burn unit)
'There’s a sweet spot between "bored" and "burnt out" - the reason why I stay here is it’s right in the ideal middle. I get to do cases that make me think critically & are mentally stimulating - but it’s balanced with plenty of straightforward cases too.' - a current CRNA
Highly competitive pay: base salary of up to 280K, plus additional lucrative earnings beyond that
Up to 80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
Comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision (low premiums & excellent coverage), 401K match, malpractice w tail, 37‑42 days of PTO+CME
