Neurocritical Care Intensivist – Full‑Time Position at Our Medical Center
We are looking for a dedicated Neurocritical Care Intensivist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary ICU team in Seattle. This full‑time role focuses on delivering direct care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions. Ideal candidates will be board‑certified or board‑eligible neurologists, pulmonologists, or internists who have completed fellowship training in Neurocritical Care. This position offers a nocturnist schedule with minimal on‑call responsibilities. Our facility boasts cutting‑edge neurosurgery and cardiovascular suites, situated in a lively urban environment recognized for its strong economy and high quality of life.

Minimal on‑call responsibilities
Collaborative multidisciplinary ICU team focused on enhancing patient outcomes
Direct care for critically ill neuroscience patients
Opportunity to cover general critical care if desired
Qualified candidates should be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Neurology, Pulmonology, or Internal Medicine, with fellowship training in Neurocritical Care
Annual compensation ranges from $335,866 to $403,366
Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available
The stated compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and additional shift bonuses, as applicable.
Work Environment Our medical center's Cherry Hill campus, located in the historic Central District, is home to James Tower, Seattle's first hospital, founded in 1877 by the Sisters of Providence. Today, this campus is recognized as one of the most advanced medical facilities in the area, following a $100 million renovation that introduced state‑of‑the‑art neurosurgery and cardiovascular surgery operating rooms and interventional suites.
