Radiation Oncologist – Atlanta, GA
The Atlanta, GA Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center is recruiting a full‑time Radiation Oncologist. The Radiation Oncology Section in Diagnostic Imaging Service is part of a large, complex VA Medical Center with consults and referrals from other regional medical centers and outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care as a consultant in outpatient clinics and/or inpatient wards.
Participate in the Radiation Oncology Service on‑call schedule.
Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight for mid‑level practitioners, physics, dosimetry, radiation therapists and other clinical staff.
Work with the Chief, Radiation Oncology Service, and other staff to support operations issues and problem resolution in a logical, stepwise fashion.
Participate in Radiation Oncology Service strategic planning.

Employment Type Full‑time
Compensation Annual salary range: $350,000.00 – $400,000.00. Additional performance bonus up to $15,000 per year.
