Position highlights Full-time, 36 clinic hours per week Seeking general primary care, either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 2-year guarantee salary range: $261,983 - $270,754 Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus Up to $100,000 student loan forgiveness Multi-specialty outpatient center located at 486B South Randall Rd., South Elgin, IL 100% outpatient Call schedule: 1:12 Dedicated Medical Assistant EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
Training and/or experience required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
