Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our community-based healthcare team in San Bernardino, California. This full-time opportunity offers a chance to provide high-quality, patient-focused primary care to individuals and families across all age groups in an environment built on compassion and respect.
You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, evidence-based care. Responsibilities
Provide episodic and chronic care, preventive screenings, and patient education
Perform vaccinations and diagnostic screenings in line with current clinical guidelines
Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuing education activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated, integrated services
Refer patients to appropriate specialists or social resources as needed
Maintain accurate clinical reporting and documentation
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned
