Position Summary The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of specific revenue cycle functions and projects. This role ensures accurate billing, collections, and reimbursement processes, oversees departmental staff, implements system-wide strategies at the facility level, and drives performance improvement initiatives to optimize revenue capture and patient financial experience. The Director collaborates with clinical, financial, and administrative leaders to ensure compliance with payer requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required.
Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, both hospital and professional mandatory.
Understanding or experience with Home Care Billing.
Strong experience in hospital and physician billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies (including managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid).
Skills
In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), and regulations.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
Proven ability to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency.
Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross‑functional teams.

Salary: Starting salary and benefits in accordance with role, experience, education, and licensure. Pay Range: $141,752.00 - $177,195.20.
