Salary Range:
$220,000 – $235,000 annually + up to $120,000 signing bonus for select applicants

Requirements to Apply
Valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or related specialty)
Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with 3–5 years of directly related experience, including residency
Current DEA registration for prescribing authority
Current BLS certification required
Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting preferred
Experience managing a primary care patient panel
Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience highly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired

Responsibilities
Provide full‑scope outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed
Utilize Epic EHR to document and track patient care
Adhere to evidence‑based standards and organizational clinical policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team‑based care models
Collaborate with other medical, behavioral health, and dental providers to deliver integrated services
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
