Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
Drive end-to-end product ownership, ensuring continuous inspection of product health and delivering actionable insights.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to resolve product issues, rallying cross-functional teams toward timely resolutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, manage, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements.
Design AI-enabled solutions addressing real business challenges with a strong focus on user experience.
Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development lifecycle.
Continuously iterate on features to improve adoption and address evolving needs.
Technical Collaboration
Leverage deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and platform constraints.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful delivery.
Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities and SOM functionalities.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
12+ years of software product management experience.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred
Technical & Domain Expertise
Proven experience with ServiceNow SOM implementations (Sales Automation or CPQ focus
Strong knowledge of CPQ, CRM, and related third-party integrations.
ServiceNow SOM certification and formal training required.
Proficiency in AI-enabled solution design and enterprise platform architecture.
Leadership & Communication Skills
Strong sense of ownership and urgency to resolve product issues.
Excellent collaboration skills with distributed, international teams.
High emotional intelligence with proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities.
