There are 2 openings, with this tentative schedule: one opening for the second shift (3 pm to 11 pm) and one opening for the third shift (11 pm to 7 am).

What Youll Do:
Perform a wide variety of skilled, complex mechanical and electrical maintenance work.
Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment needed to keep the plant operating efficiently.
Determine
repair procedures and implement repairs to prevent recurrence and subsequent downtime.
Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500,
PLC
5, and Control Logix software in order to troubleshoot equipment errors.
Diagnose problems and modify positions on ABB robots, models M6700, M2600, M2000, M98, and M94.
Install ,
move, and align new and existing equipment.
Accurately and efficiently set up and operate various types of machine shop equipment.
Accomplish gas and electric welding operations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating problems.
Maintain machine-related records, perform associated handling tasks, and keep work areas safe, well-organized, and uncluttered.
Perform
all necessary preventive and proactive tasks on plant equipment.
What Youll Bring:
At least four (4+) years of experience with Welding,
Allen Bradley , Robotics, and Hydraulics.
Experience troubleshooting die casting machine cells using
PLC s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Ability to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational studies, ideally with certificates or college / trade school coursework.
Ability to diagnose issues and modify positions on ABB robots. models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
Expertise with both gas and electric welding operations.
Ability to determine repair procedures and implement repairs that prevent repetition of problems.
Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal employees, vendors; ability to work independently, using good judgment.
