- Must be board certified in FM or IM
- Must have Primary Care exp and exp carig for Geriatric patients

- Cardiologist, Podiatrist, Acupuncturist, Social worker
- Lab, X-Ray, Ultra Sound
- Dispensary of over 200 meds - No narcotics
