Insurance Defense Attorney – Atlanta, GA
We are an award‑winning, nationally recognized law firm with over 450 attorneys. We seek to hire multiple expansion attorneys for our Atlanta office.
Base Pay Range $140,000 – $180,000 per year (base)

Lucrative bonus structure: Up to $45,000 in bonuses.
Manageable billable hour structure: 1900 hours and a hybrid working schedule.

The Role
Insurance Defense Support:
Collaborate on a wide range of insurance defense matters including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
Trial experience:
Work with partners nationwide as first or second chair in select cases.
Legal Research & Strategy:
Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulations to support litigation strategies.
Drafting & Case Management:
Prepare and review pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents under senior counsel guidance.
Compensation Package
Up to $180,000 base salary.
Up to $45,000 bonus related to performance.
