Oracle Identity Management Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including OIM, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define identity management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices.
Manage the integration of IAM solutions with various enterprise applications, databases, and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring system availability and performance.
Guide and mentor team members, providing technical expertise and leadership in IAM-related projects.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in identity management and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
Assist in security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing related to IAM systems.
Document system designs, configurations, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions, including OIM, OAM, and OUD.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Federation.
Hands‑on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server, Java, and related technologies.
Proven experience in leading IAM implementation projects in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in federal government or public sector environments.
Oracle IAM certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud IAM, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible).
Base pay range: $126,300 – $243,100 USD for applicable locations, including California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and Cleveland.
