About the Role The Influencer Team at Ovative Group oversees, develops, and implements influencer strategy working alongside our client teams to create holistic strategy tailored to our clients’ goals. The Senior Manager of Influencer will be the driving force behind influencer capabilities from development to execution of strategy; forming partnerships with influencers to promote brand exposure across a variety of platforms to build brand awareness and introduce new customers to our client’s brand.
This integral role will focus on building brand love through creator efforts, while building trust with clients and partnering with internal teams to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal partners and leadership to define and iterate on Ovative’s strategic channel roadmap for influencer marketing.
Develop campaign and long‑term influencer strategy for current Ovative clients.
Source influencers, foster partnerships and opportunities and pitch relevant brand opportunities.
Provide one‑to‑one, strategic campaign planning and negotiate contracts with influencers.
Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns.
Document, analyze, and provide meaningful insights on campaign performance.
Develop testing and roadmap priorities for clients to iterate, using a test‑and‑learn mindset.
Inform on influencer trends and partnership opportunities.
Provide thought‑leadership and subject‑matter expertise to internal teams during pitch process to win new business.
Manage and coach team members.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem – social media channels, influencers, content, and creators.
6‑8 years in an influencer marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns.
6+ years of experience within marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or social media strategy.
Expertise and success sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating with influencers.
Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns.
Measurement‑minded with strong understanding of performance metrics and a data‑driven mindset, strong analytical skills.
Experience analyzing influencer‑specific metrics. Pay Transparency At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.
For our Sr. Manager positions, the compensation ranges from $111,000 to $186,000, inclusive of a 25% bonus.
