About the Role
As the
Test Engineering Manager , you’ll take ownership of test operations within a world-class engineering lab environment. You’ll oversee a talented team of technicians, guide the design and maintenance of test equipment, and ensure product performance testing meets rigorous quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on problem‑solving, innovation, and continuous improvement within the lab environment. Projects You’ll Work On
Leading testing operations for cutting‑edge data center cooling and HVAC technologies. Designing and maintaining laboratory setups to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient testing processes. Implementing engineering principles to achieve precise temperature, pressure, and flow conditions. Collaborating with manufacturing engineering to align infrastructure capabilities with testing requirements. Troubleshooting and improving lab equipment, from data acquisition systems to calibration protocols. Researching and integrating new lab technologies that enhance testing capabilities and efficiency. Standardizing test setups and documentation to improve repeatability and data accuracy. Supporting the development and maintenance of quality documentation (MSA, NCARs, Work Instructions). What Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of hands‑on experience in quality or test engineering, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment manufacturing. Strong knowledge of LabVIEW and Microsoft Office tools. Proven track record in managing test operations, troubleshooting complex systems, and mentoring technical staff. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to engineering and leadership teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality. What You’ll Gain
