12-Month Contract • 75225 Dallas, TX • Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant to support an ongoing Oracle implementation initiative. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, resolving system integration challenges, and providing comprehensive support for Oracle Enterprise Cloud SCM modules. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations and alignment between ERP and business processes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
Participate in daily stand‑up meetings and regular Supply Chain team sessions.
Manage all activities within the Supply Chain track, including prioritization of incidents and enhancements.
Triage and resolve high‑priority functional tickets including incidents and problems.
Coordinate with business users to gather additional details on tickets and clarify requirements.
Collaborate with business users on enhancement requests and help prioritize implementations.
Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle releases affecting the Supply Chain track.
Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and elevate issues requiring additional attention.
Monitor and maintain service level agreements, proactively communicating any risks to stakeholders.
Coordinate with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
Drive end‑user satisfaction through responsive support and effective problem resolution.
Support release management and regression testing activities.
Required Experience / Skills
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Order Management, Supply Chain Costing, Inventory Management (Picking & Shipping), Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing, Agreements).
Advanced SCM knowledge, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), costing, inventory, product data hub, manufacturing, and planning (supply planning, demand planning, production scheduling).
Demonstrated hands‑on experience with configuration, triage, and problem/incident resolution across Supply Chain modules.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain business processes and how they translate to Oracle Cloud functionality.
Experience with release management and regression testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience conducting impact analysis and root cause analysis.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience.
Oracle Maintenance experience.
Previous experience supporting large‑scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
Knowledge of integration between Oracle ERP, EPM, and SCM systems.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Pay & Benefits Summary
Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hour W2.
