As a
Level 2 Network Engineer , you will provide remote and onsite support to our clients in the Stamford, CT area. You will act as an escalation point for Level 1 issues and handle more complex technical problems related to networks, systems, and software. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is technically adept, eager to grow, and passionate about
cybersecurity, customer service, and AI innovation . Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking issues. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy. Perform onsite visits for installations, troubleshooting, and project work. Document work thoroughly in ticketing and knowledge base systems. Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level engineers when appropriate. Maintain a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices across all client environments. Stay up to date with new technologies and participate in ongoing training and certifications. Collaborate on AI‑driven solutions that enhance client operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably with an MSP. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS. Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self‑motivation, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and located within commuting distance of Stamford, CT. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and a commitment to securing client environments. Preferred Certifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified. Experience supporting Windows servers, firewalls, and backup solutions. Experience or interest in AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, ML models). Why Join Us
