Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Branch Director
to lead our Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a seasoned executive with deep experience in
selling IT staffing and managed services , a passion for
new market expansion , and a proven ability to drive
P&L performance ,
team hiring , and
go-to-market strategy . The Branch Director will be responsible for growing our footprint in the Atlanta region, building strategic client relationships, and leading a high-performing team of account executives and recruiters.
Strategic Market Leadership
Develop and execute a
go-to-market strategy
tailored to the Atlanta region.
Identify and pursue
new market opportunities
across industries with high demand for IT staffing and managed services.
Represent The Judge Group at local industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to build brand visibility.
Drive revenue growth through
IT staffing and managed services solutions .
Build and maintain relationships with key hiring managers, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Launch targeted sales campaigns to penetrate new verticals and expand existing accounts.
Team Building & Talent Development
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-performing sales and recruiting professionals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
Promote cross-functional alignment with recruiting, delivery, and back-office teams.
Own and manage the
Profit & Loss (P&L)
for the Atlanta branch.
Develop annual business plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure delivery excellence.
Lead regular team meetings to communicate company initiatives and market updates.
Account Management & Growth
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic clients.
Identify cross‑selling opportunities and expand service offerings.
Resolve client issues and escalating delivery risks when necessary.
Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and operational standards.
Strategic and tactical thinking.
Executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
Emotional intelligence and coaching ability.
Relationship‑building and client engagement.
Business acumen and financial oversight.
Leadership in high‑growth environments.
Experience Requirements
5–7+ years of sales leadership in
IT staffing and managed services .
Proven success in
new market expansion
and building a book of business.
Experience managing a team and owning a branch‑level
P&L .
Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and closing skills at all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Willingness to travel within the Atlanta territory.
