Exciting Opportunity for an Optometrist in Auburn and Bonney Lake, WA
Established in 1991, Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C. is a unique group practice of over 30 medical professionals, offering a comprehensive mix of dermatology, ophthalmology and plastic surgery services. Our ophthalmology team includes comprehensive ophthalmologists, glaucoma, cornea and retinal specialists, oculo-plastics and optometrists. Cascade serves a market area of over 1 million people from six office locations in Pierce and King Counties.
Practice Overview
MD/OD practice with highly regarded providers
No nights or weekends
4‑day work week
20+ patients per day
State‑of‑the‑art equipment
Large established patient base
Essential Job Functions
Routine eye exams and medical‑based optometry
Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders
Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures
Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye
Partner with ophthalmologists and other specialists to provide appropriate care for patients
Co‑management of post‑operative patients
Contact lens fittings
Optical showroom

Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
State professional license
Valid driver’s license
TPA certified
Ability to work independently
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to use email, the internet and learn other healthcare‑related software
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, plus bonus. Work Location: Auburn and Bonney Lake clinics.
