Enjoy practicing medicine the way you were meant to, providing quality health care and exceptional patient service Mental Health Therapist is first line for all phone calls when on call -very light call - Call 1:3 Very collaborative team model with: Mental Health Therapists, Social Workers, and Counselors AODA program with IOP services on site Full time outpatient setting Geriatric interest a plus Monday – Friday work schedule with 10 patients per day. Beloit Community- Beloit is located on the southern Wisconsin state line on the Wisconsin/Illinois border, just 84 miles from O'Hare and 72 miles from Madison.
