Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Development professional to help expand and manage our party supplies line. This role owns the product lifecycle—from idea to production—working closely with sourcing, design, and operations to bring on-trend, high-quality products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends and identify new product opportunities in partyware and seasonal goods
• Manage product development from concept through production and launch
• Work directly with domestic and overseas factories on specs, materials, pricing, and timelines
• Review samples, manage revisions, and ensure products meet quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams on packaging, branding, and compliance requirements
• Maintain product documentation, costing, and timelines
• Help improve and streamline product development processes

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of product development experience in CPG, party supplies, tabletop, or related categories
• Experience working with manufacturers and managing samples and production
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Experience in the party space or seasonal consumer goods is a strong plus
