- Monitor and operate communication and surveillance systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations by coordinating appropriate security-related responses according to site-specific protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Provide customer service by assisting site personnel, visitors, and contractors with inquiries related to security-related procedures and site access.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Allied Universal personnel, client representatives, and emergency responders to relay critical information.
- Support routine and random patrol activities by coordinating with field personnel and monitoring their status.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities by maintaining a visible and responsive presence through dispatch operations.
- Stay informed of site-specific policies and procedures relevant to the chemical and petrochemical environment and apply them appropriately during all dispatch duties.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
