Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with DV360/programmatic business.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and present intricate concepts to audiences.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress, and adapt quickly across multiple work streams.
- Ability to translate product offerings into business-facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, verbal, and written communication skills.
About The Job
As a Strategy And Operations Associate, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling critical product adoption, and future-proofing the Americas (AMER) business. In this role, you will deliver on the core product go-to-market remit, which includes: designing and deploying regional activation programs; providing thought leadership on product activation and execution; and nurturing and advancing third-party ecosystems, agencies, and industry groups. You will also be focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, while helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities; oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization-wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
- Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product objectives and key results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives; influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
