Diagnose and treat hematologic and oncologic conditions through patient assessments, screenings, and follow‑ups.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other modalities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and disease management.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research efforts.
