Job Overview
District Manager/Supervisor with restaurant experience is needed to join our management team at Team Honey Badger, a large Domino’s franchise operating over 100 restaurants across multiple states. The role involves overseeing operations for five to seven units and leading management teams to drive sales and profitability while developing professional growth.
Responsibilities
Lead restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability. Enforce financial controls, operational standards, policies and procedures across all sites. Develop professional abilities of unit management staff. Ensure a positive experience for customers and a positive work environment for all employees.
Qualifications
College degree and 3+ years as a District Manager or multi‑unit operator in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong talent and performance‑management skills. Solid financial analysis skills. Clean driving record and clean criminal background.
