Senior Associate – Transaction Services
Base Pay: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

Job Details Location: Denver, CO. Join a fast‑scaling advisory firm with a startup spirit and work on mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory for lower‑to‑middle market, often PE‑backed companies.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support Transaction Services engagements.
Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy‑side and sell‑side).
Conduct financial due diligence and modeling.
Clean up historical accounting for transactions.
Serve as client liaison throughout the transaction process.
Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.
What You Bring
2–4 years in Transaction Services (TAS) with prior audit experience preferred.
CPA license highly preferred.
Background in a Big 4 or similarly accredited firm valued but not required.
Entrepreneurial mindset, confidence without cockiness, and hunger to grow.
