Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions Diagnosing and developing treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Managing patient follow‑up, monitoring treatment responses, and adjusting therapies as needed Educating patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis Participating in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities Skills Required
