Digital Risk – Senior Consultant – Power & Utilities EY provides innovative solutions to clients in the Power & Utilities sector, helping them navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Our solutions build confidence and trust with customers, the overall market, and when required by regulation or contract.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.

Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.

Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills And Attributes For Success

A bachelor's or master's degree.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting in the sector.

Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities, particularly Work Management, Asset Management and/or Utility accounting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary. A valid passport is required.

Ideally, you’ll also have

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications are a plus: PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT. Non‑certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.

What We Offer You We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $87,800 to $160,900. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
