The Global Asset Management business of Prudential seeks a Data Architect within the Technology Solutions Group to shape data strategy, modernize the data environment, and drive innovation.
What You Will Do You will lead PGIM Fixed Income Data Strategy, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and own the design, governance, and performance of data systems.

A key contributor to PGIM Fixed Income Data Strategy, transforming and modernizing our data environment and landscape
Develop data models that represent the structure and relationships of data within the organization
Implement data governance initiatives, including data catalog, data quality framework, and data lineage
Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, ensuring that data is processed and accessed efficiently
Establish and enforce data best practices through comprehensive, documented guidelines and a transparent review process
What You Will Bring
Proficiency in various data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical)
Expertise in designing relational databases and understanding data normalization and denormalization
Fluent in SQL Server development (DDL, stored procedures, views)
Experienced in implementing data catalog and data lineage systems
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives independently and within teams
Ability to communicate status and challenges with the team
Demonstration of the ability to learn new skills and work as a team
What Will Set You Apart
Experience in Microsoft Purview
Experience with data lake, data marts, and data warehouse
Working experience in a Linux based environment
Direct experience supporting multiple business units for foundational data work
Sound understanding of capital markets within Fixed Income and hands‑on experience modeling data domains within financial markets
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SAFe development methodology, and DevOps
Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Salary Range $175,000 to $195,000 . The annual base salary range may vary within the above range based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
