About the Job
The incoming Executive Director will set the future direction for Music Jobs US at this exciting moment of growth. Working closely with board members and the Artistic Director, the ED will define a strategic plan that encompasses organizational growth, external relations, financial and operational sustainability, and programming.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning process and set a clear future vision for the organization.
Collaborate with the board and Artistic Director to develop and implement programs that advance organizational growth and development.
Establish a staff structure and budget that supports the organization’s vision and operational needs.
Manage external relations, fundraising, and financial sustainability to ensure long‑term success.
Build and inspire high‑performing teams that drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading a performing‑arts or chamber‑music organization.
Strong background in strategic planning, staff development, budgeting, and operational management.
Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, forge effective partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
Preferred experience in chamber music, classical music, or other performing‑arts organizations.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Benefits & Salary Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 per year. Full‑time position. Location: Palm Beach, FL.
