Associate Dentist – Full Fee‑for‑Service (FFS) Practice.
Location Olney, Illinois
Employment Type Full Time (4.5 days per week)
Pay $200,000 – $400,000+ per year.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the first six months.
Adjusted Production: 30‑34% (FFS practice).
Continuing Education allowance of $4,000 per year.

Who We’re Looking For Our thriving, high‑tech rural practice is seeking an associate dentist with strong restorative skills, a gentle chairside manner, and a passion for ongoing learning. You will be mentored by Dr. Trish Bookhout, owner and experienced clinician.
Confident in restorative skills – deliver excellent clinical care that patients can trust.

Clinical Expectations
Provide precise, high‑quality restorative care.
Perform extractions (implant experience optional; training provided).
Learn advanced procedures (bone grafting, cosmetics, digital workflows).
