Drive innovation and new ideas in AI platform architecture, researching emerging technologies and establishing best practices for the industry.
Influence company‑wide objectives related to AI infrastructure, creating formal networks with key decision makers and serving as external spokesperson.
Mentor principal and senior engineers across the organization, elevating technical capabilities and establishing engineering excellence standards.
Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Recognized expert in AI inference optimization, model serving, and distributed AI systems at massive scale.
Deep expertise across multiple AI/ML disciplines, including inference frameworks, model optimization, platform architecture, and emerging AI technologies.
Proven track record of building production AI platforms with architectural decisions that impact multiple products and business outcomes.
Extensive knowledge of cloud‑native technologies at scale, with ability to solve unique problems.
Exceptional technical leadership, creating networks across the organization, influencing strategic direction, and serving as a thought leader internally and externally.
