Content & Video Production Manager, Go-To-Coffeehouse! Base Pay Range:

$112,900.00 /yr – $169,500.00 /yr

Responsibilities

Lead the video production process from content ideation to filming and directing talent to video editing and video publishing. These videos cover various internal media such as engagement, communication, and training.

Collaborate with internal departments—establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, solve problems, and suggest new ways to promote company offerings to retail partners.

Partner on strategy—create and pitch ideas, edit and publish high‑quality videos for Starbucks internal channels, and develop and follow production timelines to deliver content quickly.

Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience.

2 or more years of experience drafting and issuing external or internal corporate communications.

1 or more year(s) of experience developing and managing digital, social media, or technology communications platforms.

2 or more years of experience in project management.

Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in creating and editing video content and experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.

Proficiency in video production, including lighting, audio, editing, and publishing.

A portfolio showcasing engaging content and applicable outputs.

Ability to develop and manage production timelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent research, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or accuracy.

Knowledge of and interest in the Starbucks brand and global community.

Alignment with Starbucks culture, brand guidelines, and social media policies.

Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Excellent listening and communication abilities.

Adaptability, tech‑savvy, and willingness to embrace new experiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable with bending, lifting, and carrying light equipment.

Ability to stand or move for extended periods and appear on camera.
