Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $104,000.00/yr

Why This Role Matters MissionHires is seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute large-scale industrial electrical projects. You will lead field teams, ensure OSHA and electrical code compliance, control budgets and schedules, interpret blueprints, coordinate cross‑trade activities, and deliver high‑quality installation and maintenance of complex systems including power distribution, controls, and instrumentation for factories, plants, and facilities.

How You'll Contribute

Plan, manage, and execute large‑scale industrial electrical projects from pre‑construction through closeout

Oversee and lead teams of electricians and subcontractors on‑site

Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NEC, and applicable codes and safety standards

Control project budgets, track costs, and manage procurement to meet financial targets

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, sequencing, and milestones

Interpret and review electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Coordinate daily with other trades and stakeholders to resolve field issues and avoid conflicts

Guarantee quality installation, testing, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems

Oversee installation and commissioning of power distribution, controls, and instrumentation

Conduct inspections, QA/QC checks, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Identify and mitigate risks; enforce site safety plans and toolbox talks

Communicate progress, issues, and changes to leadership and clients in a timely manner

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience in industrial electrical construction and/or maintenance leadership roles

Deep knowledge of electrical theory, NEC and relevant codes, and industrial electrical systems

Demonstrated success managing field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations

Ability to manage project budgets, cost controls, and procurement

Strong scheduling skills with experience sequencing multi‑trade activities

Proficiency interpreting blueprints, schematics, and instrumentation/control documents

Track record ensuring OSHA compliance and enforcing safety protocols

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with installation and maintenance of power distribution, controls, and instrumentation in factories, plants, or similar facilities

Benefits Company has comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage (95% employer‑covered, 5% employee‑covered, with employees responsible for family add‑ons). A $125 per diem is offered for out‑of‑town projects and is accepting traveling candidates.
