We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic partner to support our Talent Acquisition Strategy and lead our company to a steady growth objective.
This role will be based in our Metro Detroit hub, as part of our recruitment team. If you want to work on a challenging role within an ambitious team, read below!
This role is on site 3 days a week in Ann Arbor.
Key Responsibilities
Full lifecycle recruiting: understand role requirements, find outstanding candidates through job advertisements, sourcing or university partnerships, and identify the principal motivation of the candidate and potential match with our company.
Lead all stages with team interviews and act as the main point of contact with the candidate, solidifying the recruitment process with salary offer and on‑boarding on Day 1.
Work as a trusted business partner.
Use all digital sourcing methods to find top talent.
Operate as a brand ambassador during networking events, local PMI chapters, colleges and universities events, and alumni networks.
Manage Talent Acquisition projects, collaborating with other Talent Partners across the US and worldwide.
Work within a team and enjoy the work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and interviewing/screening techniques.
Excellent communication skills, team player, results‑oriented, and agile in a multi‑layer environment with many stakeholders.
Very organized, strong attention to detail, autonomous, proactive attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
