Job Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and food approx. daily.
Orientation and Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication and Essential Functions
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination for precise movements.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments and Physical Demands Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry 30 pounds, push trays 7.5 pounds. Occasionally navigate stairs or climb ladder.
Additional Information Job Duties: Deliver product by car and then to door of customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record. Access to insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within delivery area.
