Job Responsibilities (Duties)
Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift.
Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
Supervise staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and staffing allocation.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Manage food service operations, maintain a perfect image, and uphold service standards.
Promote a clean, organized store environment and marketing initiatives.
Monitor profitability and encourage employee performance.

Qualifications
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients and maintain storage areas.
Prepare product, receive orders, and process telephone orders.
Track inventory, complete paperwork, and maintain cleanliness.
Demonstrate strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
Provide orientation and training on the job.
Proficiency with basic math; ability to handle monetary change.
Excellent motor coordination for food handling.
Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform accurate rapid calculations.
Provide correct monetary change.
Take orders verbally, over the phone, and in person.
Coordinate hand‑eye movements for fast, accurate food preparation.
Use technology for order entry.
Work Conditions
Varying indoor temperatures (36–90+°F) and potential weather exposure during outside tasks.
Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and cramped work areas (walk‑in cooler).
Exposure to hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F) and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing and Temperaments
Talk & hear on telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks, depth perception.
Ability to differentiate hot & cold surfaces.
Direct activities, handle repetitive tasks, work under stress, analyze data, make judgments.
