BJC Medical Group, a multi‑specialty physician organization of BJC HealthCare, seeks an Outpatient Neurologist to join the established group in Belleville, Illinois. The practice has a dedicated team of 3 Neurologists and 2 Neurology APPs, located minutes from Downtown St. Louis. Practice Highlights
36 clinical hours per week, outpatient only with support from a Neuro‑Hospitalist team for inpatient care Option for inpatient involvement if preferred but not required Full‑scope Neurology practice with procedural opportunities available EPIC EMR system Compensation & Benefits
Two‑year income guarantee based on experience $340,000‑$350,000 $30,000 signing bonus and residency stipend option Student loan assistance and quality/efficiency bonus CME allowance and 401(k) match Health, pharmacy, dental, vision, long‑term disability, life, AD&D, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided Relocation package and $2,000 monthly residency stipend Community Description

The physician will provide professional medical services within Neurology, focusing on direct patient care and additional duties such as completing medical records, MyChart consultations, and in‑basket management. Responsibilities
Manage the medical care of patient panel with inpatient coverage or hospitalist coordination as required Collaborate with patients, families, and care team to ensure excellent outcomes at designated clinic and outreach locations Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record per hospital medical staff bylaws Provide call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in accordance with BJC policies and Medical Staff bylaws Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers and support staff assigned to physician’s patient panel Minimum Requirements
Doctorate in Medicine Board eligible or board certified in Neurology Licensed physician Contact
