Excellent work‑life balance – focus exclusively on outpatient care with no hospital rounds. Manageable patient volume – average 20‑25 patients per day for meaningful interaction and quality care. Dedicated clinical support – work efficiently with your own Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Shared telephone‑only call – light rotation among three physicians. Highlights
Collaborative network of experienced physicians, specialists, and support staff promoting teamwork and strong clinical backing. Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Requirements
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA (or ability to obtain). New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply. How to Apply

Minimum Starting Base Salary: $216,675 (informed by New Jersey Pay Transparency Act). Base salary may be adjusted at offer time based on non‑discriminatory factors and full rewards package. Benefits
