Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Milpitas, CA and across Northern California. School Year: 2025-2026 (potential to extend contract).

Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs. Provide therapy sessions to improve the child's speech and language skills. Monitor child's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the client's progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state license or certification in Speech Language Pathology. Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred. Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
