Job Summary
Reading Hospital, named one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Family Medicine or IM/Peds Hospitalist to join our Family Medicine Residency Program. We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or IM/Peds physicians.
Candidates can expect to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. The schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life. Call requirements are reasonable and ensure good work‑life balance.
The shift census is variable and includes patients of all ages (newborn – geriatric). The inpatient team includes residents and medical students.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right physician to be part of a well-established Family Medicine residency program.

MD or DO
Graduated from an accredited Family Medicine residency program
BC/BE in Family Medicine
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
